ICCA 2028 Congress

A bridge to the future

7th – 10th May 2028
Fairmont Hotel & The Masonic
San Francisco, California

In May 2028, the global arbitration community converges on San Francisco for the first ICCA Congress on the West Coast, in one of the world’s most significant cities. In a city where technology reshapes industries overnight and innovation is the native language, ICCA 2028 will push international dispute resolution into its next chapter.

LOCATION

Why San Francisco?

This isn’t just a backdrop — it’s a statement.

San Francisco sits at the intersection of two of the world’s most dynamic forces: the global tech economy and the Pacific Rim. Home to Apple, Google, Meta, Salesforce, NVIDIA, Anthropic, and OpenAI, among many others — and anchored by Stanford and UC Berkeley — the Bay Area is where the future gets built. It’s the right place to ask hard questions about where arbitration goes next.

Getting here is easy. SFO and nearby international airports connect delegates from across the globe, and the city’s deeply multicultural DNA makes collaboration feel natural from day one.

And when the sessions end? San Francisco delivers. The Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, world-class museums, and a dining scene that reflects the world’s best cuisines. Venture further to Big Sur, Yosemite, Napa and Sonoma wine country, or Lake Tahoe. ICCA 2028 promises to be both a Congress and an experience.
